1. Service Guarantee

At FL Quality Solutions LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality services in floor installation, customization, and repair. Our warranty covers installation defects and defective materials supplied by our company.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are not offered once the service has started, except in cases of non-compliance by FL Quality Solutions LLC. A partial refund or payment adjustment may be considered in exceptional situations where the work cannot be completed as agreed.

3. Claims Procedure

If a customer detects a problem with the service provided, they must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of service completion.
  2. Provide evidence of the problem (photos, detailed description, etc.).
  3. Allow us to assess and, if necessary, make the necessary corrections.

4. Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or external factors.
  • Natural wear and tear of the material due to time and use.
  • Problems arising from previous defective installations not performed by our company.
